In our comprehensive prenatal preparation we take time to get to know you and prepare you in your individual needs and situation. We give your birth partner tools and questions to help during your labor process. We will spend the time with you that will be needed to help you feel empowered and supported at this time. We discover what your goals are and create a prioritized list of desires as well as a customized comfort plan which we will help you practice. We review labor stages, fetal rotation, tips and techniques for facilitating a positive birth experience.
