Childbirth Class
Recorded Class Duration: 1 hour and 20 minutes
There is so much to know! We learn about the labor process, how babies rotate and descend, and what comfort measures to use during labor. We will discuss when to go to the hospital and become aware of options available to you. Partners gain powerful tools to help them be the most amazing support person. We want your birth to be a positive and empowering experience and we can help take replace your fears with knowledge.
Breastfeeding Class
Recorded Class Duration: 40 minutes
Our breastfeeding series will help you know what to expect in the first days after birth and give you tips and tricks to help you be successful and have a good breastfeeding experience. We cover proper latch, positions, milk supply, feeding frequency, products, milk storage, and address some common challenges that may arise.
