Saturday, March 11 Hypnosis Workshop

Come join us as we discuss:
• The steps of hypnosis
• How to use hypnosis with every client, even those who are not planning on using it.
• Learning about how people take in the world around them and why knowing if they are an auditory, visual or kinesthetic learner is so valuable.
• The steps of self Anastasia.
• How to use the best scripts, special place and affirmations for each client.
There will be many different types of scripts and relaxation tools demonstrated. Please plan for a day of learning and relaxing, dress comfortable and bring a pillow, yoga mat or blanket.
